This Refund & Admission Cancellation Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing cancellation Of admission and refund of fees paid by students enrolling in courses/ programmes offered by Patanjali Civil Services Academy.
studenVparent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terns of this Policy.
A student may request cancellation of their admission within "seven (7) calendar days from the date Of admission or the date of receipt Of the applicable fee.
Where the cancellation request is received within the stipulated seven (7) calendar-day period, the student shall be eligible for a 100% refund of the fee actually paid to the Institute, subject to verification of the admission and payment records.
upon expiry of the "seven (7) calendar-day refund period", the admission Shall be treated as final and no refund Of the fee paid shall ordinarily be admissible.
Accordingly, any request for cancellation or refund received after the expiry of seven (7) calendar days shall not create any right or entitlement to a refund, except where otherwise required under applicable law or specifically approved by the competent authority Of the Institute.
Where a refund is approved under this policy, the refund shall ordinarily be processed through the "same payment mode/account from which the fee was received", subject to applicable banking/payment-processing requirements.
The Institute shall process the eligible refund within a reasonable administrative period after receipt and verification of the cancellation request and relevant payment details.
All requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted "In Writing" through the prescribed channel Of the Institute and must contain tho student's name, courgo/programrne, admission details, date of admission, payment deta119, and other Information reasonably required .
The date on which the Institute receives the complete cancellation request shall be considered for determining whether the request falls wlthln the applicable seven-day refund period.
Where applicable. the Institute may require the return of any physical study material, identity card, books, equipment, or other Institute property issued to the student as part Of the admission, subject to applicable law and the terms Of the relevant programme.
The Institute reserves the right to verify all admission, attendance, payment, and cancellation records for tte purpose of administering this Policy.
Any matter not expressly covered under this Policy shall be dealt with by the " BOARD MEMBERS of the Institute" in accordance with the applicable terms Of admission and prevailing laws and regulations
The Institute reserves the right to amend, modiW, or update this Policy from time to time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any such amendment shall be applicable from the date by the Institute.
