Disha-Bodh Mentorship Program

Introduction

Most aspirants do not fail for want of effort. They fail because months pass without anyone telling them that the plan is drifting, that a subject has quietly been left behind, or that the same mistake has now appeared in four consecutive tests.

Coaching gives you content. Mentorship gives you course correction.

The Mentorship Programme runs for a full year alongside whatever else you are doing — self-study, a foundation course, or a repeat attempt. You are assigned a mentor who knows your preparation personally, meets you regularly, tracks your progress in writing, and tells you honestly what is working and what is not.

Discipline today. Leadership tomorrow.

What The Programme Includes

01

One-to-One Mentoring Sessions

Scheduled personal discussions with your assigned mentor through the year. These are not group webinars. Each session reviews what you have covered since the last one, what went wrong, and what the next fortnight looks like. Your mentor stays the same throughout, so you never restart the conversation from scratch.

02

Trend Analysis

A structured study of how the examination has actually behaved — which themes recur, which areas have gained weight, how question framing has shifted over the years, and what that means for where your hours should go. Preparation guided by evidence rather than assumption.

03

A Personal Mentorship Tracker

Every session, target and assessment is recorded in your own tracker. You can see at a glance what you have completed, what is pending, and where you have slipped. Nothing depends on memory, and nothing quietly disappears.

04

Regular Assessments

Periodic assessments through the year measure whether learning is actually converting into performance. Each one is followed by analysis — not just a score, but a reading of what the score means and what to do about it.

05

A Study Plan Built Around You

A plan made for your background, your working hours and your target attempt, and revised whenever your circumstances change.

06

Curated Sessions by Head Mentor

This would ensure that the mentees are moving forward in the right direction.

07

Answer Writing and Doubt Support

Guidance on structuring answers, along with a channel for resolving doubts as they arise rather than letting them accumulate.

08

Current Affairs Direction

Clarity on what to read, what to note and what to ignore — so that current affairs becomes a manageable daily habit instead of an endless backlog.

How it Works

1. Enrol and complete your profile

Tell us your background, attempt history, optional subject and how much time you have each day.

2. Get matched with your mentor

You are assigned a mentor for the full year, along with a first study plan.

3. Meet regularly, one to one

Sessions run through the year at a fixed rhythm. Each one ends with clear targets for the period ahead.

4. Track, assess, correct

Your tracker records every target and result. Assessments show whether the plan is working. The plan is adjusted when it is not.
